1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use govern WP Women's Health and its related services, provided by Wolfpack Labs LLC (the “Company”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age and permission requirements where you live. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required. The service is not intended for children under 13.
2. Personal organization and education
The app helps you organize symptoms, cycles, sleep, wellbeing, treatments, appointments, pregnancy or postpartum experiences, notes, and questions for your care team. Features vary by version, device, settings, and availability. It is a personal journal, not a medical record maintained by a healthcare provider.
WP Women's Health is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice, emergency services, or real-time clinical monitoring. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Read the Health & App Disclosures.
3. Patterns, forecasts, and reminders
Trends, comparisons, cycle estimates, pregnancy timelines, and personal forecasts are informational descriptions or estimates based on available records. Missing, late, or inaccurate entries affect results. Statistical relationships do not prove cause, establish a diagnosis, confirm ovulation or pregnancy, or demonstrate that a treatment works.
Do not use the app as contraception, to decide whether pregnancy is possible, to adjust medication, or to make urgent care decisions. Forecasts are not clinically validated. Notifications depend on device permissions, scheduling, time zones, and operating-system behavior; do not rely on them as your only medication or appointment reminder.
4. Your account and security
Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in and recovery email, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Apple and Google sign-in are governed in part by those providers’ terms. Never send passwords or verification codes to support.
You are responsible for reviewing records and reports before relying on or sharing them. Keep independent copies of information you need. The app’s cloud storage is not a guarantee that every draft, file, or export can be recovered.
5. Your records and permission to operate
You retain your rights in entries, notes, photos, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, synchronize, display, and transmit that material as needed to provide and secure the service, carry out your instructions, and comply with law. This does not authorize selling your health records or using them for advertising.
Only submit content you have permission to use. Avoid uploading another person’s health information or images unless you are authorized to do so. You control the recipients and destinations of exports you share.
6. App license and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the app for its intended purposes. The app’s design, software, and branding remain owned by the Company or their licensors.
Do not misuse another person’s account, upload unlawful content, interfere with security or service availability, scrape private records, introduce malicious software, or exploit the service. Reverse engineering and copying are restricted except where applicable law permits them.
7. Stores and third-party services
Apple, Google, hosting services, external publishers, and destinations you use to share records operate under their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We do not control a recipient’s independent copy of a report.
For iOS, the app license is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Apple’s required license provisions control to the extent required. Apple is not responsible for the app’s support or health content.
8. Charges, if offered
Any paid feature or subscription must show its price, billing terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation method before you purchase. No payment obligation is created solely by reading these Terms. Store purchases, refunds, and cancellations follow the applicable store’s terms and mandatory consumer protections. Deleting an app or account may not cancel a separately managed store subscription.
9. Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time through More → Data & privacy or the Data requests & deletion page. Health-data clearing and full account deletion have different effects. Export anything you need first; deletion cannot be undone.
We may suspend or restrict access for misuse, security threats, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. When reasonably possible, we provide notice and a way to retrieve information, unless doing so would create a security risk or violate law.
10. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free records, accurate predictions, or compatibility with every device. We may update features or discontinue services, subject to applicable rights and notice obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost data or interrupted access. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
12. Governing law and resolving concerns
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, United States, except where mandatory law in your location provides otherwise. Contact support to try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive rights that applicable law protects.
13. Changes and contact
We update the date above when Terms change and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with new Terms, stop using the service and use the available export or deletion options. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective where lawful.
