For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

1. General wellness, not medical care

WP Women's Health is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It provides personal organization and educational information. It does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment, including questions about medications, pregnancy, reproductive health, or mental wellbeing.

The app and support inbox are not monitored for medical emergencies. If you believe you are facing an emergency, contact your local emergency service or seek urgent care. Do not wait for an app notification or a support response.

2. Trends and treatment comparisons

Charts and summaries describe the entries available to the app. They cannot account for every factor affecting health. A change after a treatment, during a cycle phase, or alongside another symptom does not establish cause or prove effectiveness. Missing entries are not evidence that a symptom was absent.

Do not start, stop, or change a treatment based on a chart or forecast. Share your observations with your care team and discuss what they might mean.

3. Cycles, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum

Cycle dates, phase estimates, due-date timelines, and development illustrations are approximations. They do not confirm pregnancy, ovulation, gestational age, fetal growth, or whether a pregnancy is healthy. Do not use these features to prevent pregnancy or determine whether unprotected sex is safe.

Logged movement, contractions, bleeding, feeding, or recovery information is not continuously reviewed by a clinician. The app cannot reliably identify complications or determine when you need care. Follow the plan and guidance provided by your healthcare professional.

4. Personal pattern learning

Optional personal forecasts use your recorded history and statistical comparisons. They are not clinically validated, may be withheld when data is insufficient, and can be wrong even when an estimate is shown. An uncertainty range is not a guarantee. Pattern learning does not compare you to a clinical diagnostic standard or provide a personalized treatment recommendation.

5. Reminders and records

Notifications depend on device permissions, the operating system, connectivity, and scheduling. They can be delayed, hidden, or missed. Use another dependable reminder for time-critical medication and care instructions. Appointment entries do not book a visit or send information to your clinician.

Check entries, dates, units, and attachments. Review each export before sharing. The app does not automatically send your journal to a clinician. A report is a user-created summary, not a verified medical record.

6. Reading and external content

Educational links open external publishers. Content can change, may describe a different country’s care system, and may not fit your circumstances. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by a publisher, hospital, government agency, Apple, or Google. The app is not a clinical research study.

7. Privacy and support

Read the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice before entering sensitive information. Use Support for technical questions and Data requests & deletion for your records. Support cannot provide diagnosis, clinical interpretation, or emergency care.
