1. Who we are and what this covers

Wolfpack Labs LLC (“Wolfpack Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates wolfpack-labs.com. This policy explains information handling for general website browsing, articles, calculators, resource downloads, and website contact messages.

WP Labs: Invoice and WP Women’s Health have separate product policies. Their accounts, stored app records, payments, health journals, and app support features are covered by the applicable Invoice policies or Women’s Health policies. Ordinary website hosting of a policy or marketing page still involves the website access records described here.

Contact support@wolfpack-labs.com for website privacy questions. Reading a policy is not consent to unrelated uses of your information.

2. Information the website receives

  • Contact messages: when you use the main contact form, we receive your name, email, request type, selected app or website, subject, message, and the information you choose to include. Form security measures may also process submission and abuse-prevention records.
  • Website access records: our hosting and service providers may process IP address, request time, page and file requested, URL/query information, browser or device information, referring page, response status, and technical or security events.
  • Direct correspondence: our mailbox receives your address and the contents and attachments of emails you choose to send.

You can browse general pages without creating a website account. Do not put passwords, authentication links, payment card details, or sensitive health information into general contact messages, search terms, or URL fields.

3. Search, calculators, worksheets, and downloads

Interactive calculators perform their calculations in your browser during normal use; the website does not operate a service that stores a calculator history for you. Printable worksheets can be edited in the browser, but edits are not a saved online account record. Save a copy yourself if you need one.

Blog search, filters, and pagination can place search terms and choices in the page URL and browser history. Requested URLs and query strings can appear in normal access logs. Downloading a resource produces a file request that our host can log; the file you save is then managed on your device or chosen storage service.

4. Why we use information

We use website information to deliver pages and downloads, respond to messages, investigate problems, protect the site from abuse, process privacy requests, and comply with legal obligations. The general website does not add you to a marketing mailing list merely because you send a message or download a file.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis may include responding to steps you request, legitimate interests in running and securing the website, compliance with law, or consent where required. We do not use a privacy notice as a substitute for consent that applicable law requires.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

Our website hosting/CDN providers handle requests and technical logs. The main contact form sends submissions to our Supabase-hosted contact service. Email-delivery and mailbox providers handle messages and replies. Providers receive information needed for their functions, subject to applicable protections and obligations.

We do not sell website visitors’ personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, to establish or defend legal rights, or in connection with a lawful business transfer with applicable safeguards. We do not promise to ignore valid legal requirements.

If you follow an App Store link, payment link, external article, or another third-party service, that operator’s practices apply to information it independently collects. App payment and customer-record details are explained in the Invoice Payment Disclosure.

6. Cookies, browser state, and tracking signals

The general website currently does not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics scripts. Interactive controls use information within the current page and, for blog search and pagination, the URL and browser history. The general pages do not provide a website login session.

Hosting, security, linked app services, and third-party destinations may handle technical information under their own applicable arrangements. Review the Cookies & Browser Data notice for the distinction between website controls, browser history, and other services.

The website does not currently change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Our stated no-sale/no-advertising-sharing practices apply regardless of whether a browser sends that signal. If practices change in a way requiring additional disclosure or permission, we will provide it before the relevant processing.

7. Retention and security

We keep contact correspondence and request records for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, resolve follow-up issues, maintain necessary business or security records, and meet legal obligations. Hosting and technical logs follow the service provider’s configured retention and operational requirements. Backup copies can remain temporarily under restricted access and applicable deletion obligations.

We do not keep information indefinitely merely because it was collected. For details about a particular message or request, contact us. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, network, or email channel is completely secure. Send only the information needed for your request.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw applicable consent, or seek review of a decision. Use Website Data Requests or email support@wolfpack-labs.com with Wolfpack Labs Website Privacy Request in the subject.

We may verify your identity proportionately before disclosing or deleting information. We respond within applicable deadlines and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If you disagree with a decision, reply with Website Privacy Request Appeal. We do not penalize you for exercising protected rights. We retain information only where a lawful basis or exception permits it.

App account deletion is handled through the applicable Invoice or Women’s Health process. A request about a website message does not automatically delete either app account.

9. Children

The general website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from them through the general contact form. If you believe a child has submitted information contrary to applicable requirements, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps. The Women’s Health app’s age controls and teen-related practices are described in its own policy.

10. Changes and contact

We update the date above when this policy changes and give additional notice where required. New data practices must be reflected in the policy and any required permissions before they begin.
