1. What this notice covers

This notice describes consumer health data handled by Wolfpack Labs LLC through WP Women's Health. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to health information we associate or can reasonably associate with you. Specific legal rights apply where consumer health-data laws cover you and our processing.

2. Categories and sources

Sources are primarily you and the entries, settings, and optional photos you submit. We also generate patterns, summaries, and forecasts from those entries. We do not obtain health records from data brokers or automatically import records from your doctor.

  • Menstrual, reproductive, fertility, pregnancy, pregnancy-loss, postpartum, menopause, and other life-stage information you choose to record.
  • Physical and mental wellbeing entries, symptoms, pain, mood, sleep, activity, medications, treatments, and appointment or care-plan notes.
  • Due and delivery dates, health-related photos and captions, checklists, and reports.
  • Health-related preferences, reading interests, and inferences about logged patterns, linked with an account identifier, dates, or profile information.

3. Purposes and choices

We use this data to provide your requested journal, synchronization, calendar, reminders, reports, and pattern views, and to address support or privacy requests you initiate. We collect only the information needed for the features you use. Optional fields and photo permissions remain your choice.

Where consent is required beyond providing a feature you request, we seek that consent before the relevant collection or sharing. You can stop optional logging, disable permissions, withdraw applicable consent, and request deletion. Withdrawal can limit a feature that needs that data; it does not undo processing already lawfully completed.

4. Recipients and limits

Saved health entries, health-related preferences, selected photos, and reports are processed by our contracted authentication, database, storage, hosting, and technical-support providers as necessary for the service. Supabase is the app’s database and file-storage provider. Our email and mailbox providers receive health details only if those details appear in correspondence you send or ask us to send. Recipients you select receive the exports or reports you choose to share.

We do not share consumer health data with an affiliated company for its independent marketing. We do not sell consumer health data or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising. No precise-location health geofencing is used. Disclosures required by law are handled subject to applicable restrictions.

5. Access, withdrawal, and deletion

You may ask whether we process your consumer health data, request access, ask about recipients, withdraw applicable consent, or request deletion. Where required, we provide recipient details and an available contact mechanism for third parties that received your data. We notify processors and other recipients of a deletion request when the law requires it.

Use Data requests & deletion or email support@wolfpack-labs.com with the subject WP Women's Health Privacy Request. Include your account email and the action you want. Do not include a password, verification code, medical record, or detailed health history.

6. Verification, response, and appeal

We use reasonable verification to protect your records and explain if more information is needed. We respond without undue delay and within applicable deadlines. Where Washington’s My Health My Data Act applies, the ordinary response period is 45 days from receipt, with a permitted extension explained during that period. Applicable requirements govern deletion from backups, including Washington’s maximum six-month backup delay after authentication.

If we decline a request, reply with Privacy Request Appeal and explain why you disagree. We provide the result within the applicable appeal period. You may also contact the authority that enforces the law where you live; Washington consumers can contact the Washington Attorney General. Exercising your rights does not require creating a new account.
