1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Wolfpack Labs LLC ("Wolfpack Labs," "we," "us," or "our") provides WP Women's Health, a personal health journal. This policy covers the app, its account and support services, and these Women’s Health webpages. Other Wolfpack Labs apps have separate policies.
Contact support@wolfpack-labs.com for privacy questions. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice explains health information and related choices in more detail. Your use of the app does not by itself authorize unrelated uses of your health information.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples and source |
|---|---|
| Account and profile | Email address, account identifier, authentication details, optional display name and birth year, age group, and life-stage selections you provide. Apple or Google sign-in can supply an identifier, email address, and name, depending on your settings. |
| Health journal | Entries you add about periods, bleeding, symptoms, mood, sleep, energy, stress, movement, wellbeing, medications, treatments, care plans, appointments, pregnancy, fertility experiences, pregnancy loss, and postpartum recovery. Not every user provides every category. |
| Notes, photos, and reports | Calendar and appointment notes, selected photo attachments and captions, due or delivery dates, checklists, saved summaries, report presets, and related record dates. |
| Preferences and derived information | Reading topics and bookmarks, calendar choices, favorites, reminders, display and navigation settings, and patterns or forecasts calculated from your entries. Health-related inferences are treated as health information. |
| Support and technical records | Contact details and text you send to support; authentication, request, network, security, and error records created when our hosting, database, and email services handle requests. These records can include IP addresses and timestamps. |
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure your account; save and synchronize records; show your calendar, trends, and selected content; prepare reports you request; deliver account emails; and respond to support and privacy requests. We also process limited technical records to operate the service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Health entries are used to provide the health-journal features you request. Optional personal pattern-learning calculations run within the app using your history; the app does not send those entries to a general-purpose AI service for these calculations. Calculations may be inaccurate and are not clinical assessments.
4. Cloud storage and device storage
Account information, saved health records, and selected photo attachments are handled through Supabase authentication, database, and file-storage services. This is an account-based journal with cloud storage; entering a record is not the same as keeping it only on your phone.
Some settings, favorites, notification schedules, and temporary files remain on your device. Sign-in credentials on supported native devices use the operating system’s secure storage. Browser sessions use browser storage. We do not represent journal records as end-to-end encrypted: service systems and authorized personnel may process them when necessary to operate, secure, or support the service.
Our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Protections and legal rights can differ by location. We use the safeguards required by applicable law for transfers.
6. Photos, reminders, and permissions
Camera and photo access is optional and used when you choose a photo for an appointment or medication record. Selected images are uploaded; the app does not upload your entire library. Camera or image content is not used to measure a medical condition. Photo content itself may still reveal sensitive details.
Optional reminders use device notifications. You can manage permissions in your device settings and reminders in the app. Notifications can be visible on a shared or locked screen. Disabling a permission stops that permission’s future use; it does not delete records already saved.
The current app does not integrate with Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, or a wearable health-data feed. It does not request precise location for health tracking.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and saved records while needed to provide your account and the features you request, until you delete records or request deletion, subject to applicable law. In-app health-data clearing removes journal categories while retaining the sign-in account and specified preferences. Account deletion removes the account and associated app records.
Deleted photo files and account cleanup can take additional time while server cleanup retries complete. Limited security, support, and request-handling records may be kept only for necessary operational or legal purposes. We do not use these exceptions to keep a usable health journal indefinitely.
Residual backup copies follow provider rotation and applicable deletion deadlines; they are restricted from ordinary use and deletion must be reapplied if a backup is restored. Where consumer health-data law requires deletion from backups or notice to processors, we honor those obligations. Ask us about retention for a particular record or request. See what deletion covers and what may remain.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may edit or delete individual entries, review an export, clear health data, delete your account, change device permissions, or contact us about access, correction, consent withdrawal, deletion, or a privacy concern. Some rights depend on where you live and applicable law.
Use More → Data & privacy in the app or the online deletion-request instructions. You do not need to reinstall the app or create another account to email a request. We verify ownership using proportionate steps; never email passwords or verification codes. If we decline a request, you can ask for review using the same contact address. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable rights.
9. Young users
Account-based tracking is not intended for children under 13. The app asks for an age group and blocks account creation for the under-13 selection. Some local rules require a higher age or a parent or guardian’s permission; use is permitted only when those requirements are met.
The app can serve teens aged 13–17 with age-appropriate defaults. Health entries may still be sensitive, and a shared device or email account can expose them. If we learn that an account collected a child’s information contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to restrict use and delete it. A parent or guardian can contact support to raise a concern.
10. Security and the limits of confidentiality
We use account access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No system, device, or email channel is completely secure. Protect your device and email account, use a unique password or a secure sign-in provider, and report suspected unauthorized access through Account help.
WP Women's Health is a consumer journal, not a provider of medical care. Do not assume that information you enter has the same legal protections as a record held by your clinician or that all uses of this app are covered by HIPAA.
11. Website, email drafts, and external reading
These webpages do not require an app sign-in. Our website host can process ordinary access logs such as IP address, browser information, and requested URL. The support and deletion email-draft tools on these pages build a draft in your browser without submitting its contents to our server. Your email provider processes it when you choose to send it. Draft fields are not saved by these tools after you leave the page.
Opening external educational content, account-provider pages, or another website brings that provider’s privacy practices into scope. Other areas of the Wolfpack Labs website have their own features and notices.
12. Changes and contact
We update this policy as the service changes and revise the date shown above. For material changes we provide additional notice where required. New health-data purposes or disclosures that require permission will not be authorized merely by changing this page.
