Data Requests & Account Deletion

Keep a copy, remove selected information, or permanently delete your account. These choices are available even if you no longer have the app.

Account deletion is permanent. Export and check anything you want to keep before confirming.

1. Request deletion without the app

You can request deletion of your WP Women's Health account and associated data without reinstalling the app. Email support@wolfpack-labs.com with the subject WP Women's Health Account Deletion Request. State the email associated with the account and that you want the account and its data deleted.

Send the email from your account address when possible. If you use Apple’s private relay address or no longer have email access, explain that briefly. We will offer a proportionate verification process. A request is not sent merely by opening this page or drafting an email.

Do not send a password, sign-in code, government ID, or detailed health history in your initial request.

2. Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in and open More → Data & privacy.
  2. Optionally choose Prepare export for review and save a copy you want to keep. Save photo files separately.
  3. Verify your identity using the available sign-in method. The app requires a recent sign-in for destructive actions.
  4. Choose Review account deletion, review the explanation, type DELETE ACCOUNT, and confirm.

Deleting the account removes health logs, notes, pregnancy and postpartum records, due and delivery dates, treatments, care plans, photo attachments, reports, profile information, bookmarks, account-specific settings, and the app’s sign-in account. Server tasks may need additional time to finish file and authentication cleanup.

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not by itself delete the cloud account. You do not have to contact support to use the app’s deletion control.

3. Clear health data while keeping the account

In More → Data & privacy, choose Review health-data deletion, verify identity, type CLEAR HEALTH DATA, and confirm. This removes health journal records, notes, life-stage history, checklists, due and delivery dates, treatments, care plans, photo attachments, saved reports and forecasts, report presets, birth year, and life-stage profile values.

This option keeps the sign-in account, display name, age group and its confirmation, reading interests and bookmarks, and specified calendar, navigation, dashboard, and quick-logging preferences. Some retained interests or preferences may still reveal health interests; request full account deletion or targeted deletion if you want those removed too. Reminders are turned off on this device; review other devices.

4. Access, correction, and exports

You can edit many records in the app and prepare a JSON export under More → Data & privacy. Review its sections before saving or sharing. Photo metadata is included, but photo image files are not included in that JSON export. Appointment summaries offer separate report options.

You may also email requests for access, correction, portability, deletion of specified records, or withdrawal of applicable consent. Tell us the request category and account email; we will arrange any necessary details securely.

5. What may remain after deletion

Deletion cannot erase copies you exported, printed, emailed, or saved with another service. Your device’s general accessibility preferences can remain after account deletion. Apple or Google accounts are separate and are not deleted.

Saved Apple authorization credentials are revoked during supported account cleanup. If the app could not retain a credential for revocation, remove its access through your Apple Account settings. Google connected-app authorization is managed through your Google account.

Limited security logs, records of your request, and information legally required for a specific purpose may remain for that purpose. Files awaiting retry and restricted backup copies can remain temporarily. We honor applicable deletion and processor-notification deadlines; backup deletion is not an exemption from consumer health-data rights. We can explain the categories and basis of any retention that applies to your request.

6. Verification, timing, and review

We verify that requests concern your account before releasing or deleting data. We begin verification promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where a permitted extension is needed, we explain the reason and timing. A request’s statutory deadline is not postponed merely because verification is underway.

We confirm the outcome or explain a refusal when required. To ask for review, email support with Privacy Request Appeal. Read the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice for additional rights and deadlines where applicable.

7. Prepare a data-request email

This tool prepares an email for you to review. You send it through your own email service. It does not submit an online deletion request or delete an account.
