3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the situations described below.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, database providers, email or support tools, analytics tools, authentication providers, and file storage providers. These providers are only permitted to process information as needed to provide services to us.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of users or others, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce our terms and policies.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes when you give us permission to do so.

4. Customer and Invoice Recipient Information

Swift Invoice users may enter information about their own customers, clients, invoice recipients, estimate recipients, or other business contacts. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, invoice and estimate details, payment links, receipt emails, estimate responses, payment status, and photos or attachments related to a job, service, invoice, or estimate.

This information is used to provide Swift Invoice features, including creating, displaying, sending, and managing invoices, estimates, receipts, payment links, and estimate accept or decline responses.

If you received an invoice, estimate, payment link, receipt, or related communication from a Swift Invoice user, your information was likely entered by that business or vendor. You may contact the business that sent the invoice or estimate, or contact Wolfpack Labs at support@wolfpack-labs.com for privacy questions or requests. For more information, review our Customer / Invoice Recipient Privacy Notice.

5. Photos, Camera, and Uploaded Files

Swift Invoice may request access to your device’s camera, photo library, or file storage so you can attach images or documents to invoices, estimates, customer records, or related business records.

You can enable or disable access to camera, photos, and files through your device settings. If you disable these permissions, some app features may not work as intended.

Files you choose to upload or attach may be stored by the Service or by a service provider we use to operate the Service.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on the purpose:

When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it in accordance with our normal data management practices. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period and will be deleted according to backup retention schedules.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the right to:

You may also update or delete certain information directly in the Service if those features are available. Swift Invoice includes an in-app account deletion option under App Settings > Delete Account. You may also use our Data Request and Deletion page or contact us at support@wolfpack-labs.com.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your profile, customers, invoices, invoice items, invoice photos, estimates, estimate items, estimate photos, saved services, notifications, push tokens, payment settings, policy acceptance records where legally permitted, and Swift Invoice email subscriber records tied to your account email.

For security, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain limited information when required or permitted by law, including limited invoice or payment metadata needed for fraud prevention, chargebacks, accounting, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@wolfpack-labs.com.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

Payment processing features may be provided by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. When a user or customer opens or uses a payment link, Stripe may collect and process payment information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. Swift Invoice may store payment status, payment amount, receipt email, Stripe checkout/session/payment identifiers, invoice metadata, customer metadata, and related payment records so the app can display payment activity, receipts, invoice status, and related business records.
