This information is used to provide Swift Invoice features, including creating, displaying, sending, and managing invoices, estimates, receipts, payment links, and estimate accept or decline responses.
If you received an invoice, estimate, payment link, receipt, or related communication from a Swift Invoice user, your information was likely entered by that business or vendor. You may contact the business that sent the invoice or estimate, or contact Wolfpack Labs at support@wolfpack-labs.com for privacy questions or requests. For more information, review our Customer / Invoice Recipient Privacy Notice.
5. Photos, Camera, and Uploaded Files
Swift Invoice may request access to your device’s camera, photo library, or file storage so you can attach images or documents to invoices, estimates, customer records, or related business records.
You can enable or disable access to camera, photos, and files through your device settings. If you disable these permissions, some app features may not work as intended.
Files you choose to upload or attach may be stored by the Service or by a service provider we use to operate the Service.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.

- Support communications: retained as needed to respond to requests, improve service quality, and maintain business records.
- Usage and diagnostic data: retained as needed for analytics, troubleshooting, security, and service improvement.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it in accordance with our normal data management practices. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period and will be deleted according to backup retention schedules.
