Payment Processing Disclosure
Last updated May 31, 2026
This Payment Processing Disclosure explains how payment-related features may work in Swift Invoice, an invoicing and estimate application provided by Wolfpack Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Payment Processing Provider
Swift Invoice may allow users to include payment links, payment instructions, payment statuses, receipts, or other payment-related information on invoices, estimates, and related customer-facing records.
Card payments and related payment processing features may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Stripe may collect, process, store, and share payment data according to Stripe’s own terms, privacy policy, security practices, payment rules, fees, processing times, chargeback rules, refund procedures, and account requirements.
2. What Wolfpack Labs Does Not Do
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wolfpack Labs and Swift Invoice do not:
- Process card payments directly
- Hold, receive, or transmit customer funds
- Guarantee that an invoice will be paid
- Underwrite, approve, or verify transactions
- Issue refunds on a user’s behalf
- Resolve payment disputes or chargebacks
- Act as a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, escrow provider, payment processor, or collection agency
- Provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice
3. Payment Information Swift Invoice May Store
Swift Invoice may store payment-related information needed to operate app features, display invoice status, keep business records, support receipts, and help users track payments. This may include:
- Payment status, such as unpaid, partially paid, paid, failed, cancelled, or refunded if supported
- Payment amount and payment date
- Receipt email
- Stripe checkout session IDs
- Stripe payment intent IDs
- Stripe payment link identifiers or payment link URLs
- Invoice, customer, and business metadata connected to the payment
- Related timestamps, notes, and payment records
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own business payment practices, including taxes, pricing, payment terms, refunds, failed payments, disputes, chargebacks, receipts, customer communications, and compliance with laws or rules that apply to their business.
Users should review all invoices, estimates, payment links, payment instructions, receipt details, customer information, and payment records before sending or relying on them.
Users are also responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy policy, account requirements, prohibited business rules, fee schedules, refund rules, chargeback procedures, and other requirements of Stripe or any third-party payment provider they use.
5. Customer Payments and Disputes
Any payment relationship is between the Swift Invoice user, the user’s customer, and the applicable payment provider. Wolfpack Labs does not control whether a customer pays an invoice, whether a payment is approved, whether funds are released, or whether a dispute, refund, or chargeback is resolved in a user’s favor.
