Last updated June 1, 2026
This notice explains how Wolfpack Labs and Swift Invoice may handle information about customers, clients, invoice recipients, estimate recipients, or other third parties whose information is entered into Swift Invoice by a business, contractor, freelancer, or other Swift Invoice user.
1. Who This Notice Is For
This notice is for people who receive invoices, estimates, payment links, receipts, or related communications generated through Swift Invoice. You may not have a Swift Invoice account yourself. Your information may have been added by the business, vendor, contractor, freelancer, or service provider that sent you the invoice or estimate.
2. Information That May Be Entered by a Swift Invoice User
A Swift Invoice user may enter or upload information about you or your transaction, including:
- Your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, service address, or other contact details;
- Invoice or estimate details, including line items, descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, shipping, totals, notes, payment instructions, and terms;
- Payment-related information, such as payment status, payment amount, receipt email, payment link information, and related timestamps;
- Estimate response information, such as whether an estimate was accepted or declined, response time, and limited technical information such as IP address and user agent where needed for security, audit, or recordkeeping purposes;
- Photos, attachments, or other files added by the Swift Invoice user in connection with an invoice, estimate, job, service, or customer record.
3. How This Information May Be Used
Information about invoice and estimate recipients may be used to:
- Create, display, send, and manage invoices, estimates, receipts, and payment links;
- Allow recipients to view invoices, view estimates, open payment links, or accept or decline estimates;
- Track invoice, estimate, payment, and response status for the Swift Invoice user;
- Generate business records, PDFs, receipts, reminders, or related app records;
- Support security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and app operations.
4. Payment Links and Third-Party Payment Processing
If you open or use a payment link, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Wolfpack Labs and Swift Invoice are not a bank or payment processor. Stripe or another provider may collect and process payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. Swift Invoice may store limited payment-related metadata, such as payment status, amount, receipt email, Stripe checkout/session/payment identifiers, invoice metadata, customer metadata, and related timestamps.
For more information, review our Payment Processing Disclosure.
5. Who Controls the Business Record
The business or vendor that sent you the invoice, estimate, payment link, or receipt is generally responsible for the contents of that business record, including whether your information is accurate, whether the invoice or estimate is valid, and how they handle their business relationship with you.
If you have questions about the work performed, pricing, taxes, payment terms, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or corrections to an invoice or estimate, contact the business or vendor that sent you the document first.
6. Privacy Requests
You may contact the business or vendor that sent you the invoice or estimate to request corrections, deletion, or other privacy-related changes to information they entered into Swift Invoice.
You may also contact Wolfpack Labs at support@wolfpack-labs.com for privacy questions or requests related to Swift Invoice. We may need information that helps us locate the relevant invoice, estimate, payment link, or business account, and we may need to work with the Swift Invoice user before making certain changes.
