This page explains how users of Swift Invoice, a mobile invoicing and estimate application by Wolfpack Labs, can request access to their data, correction of their data, export of their data, deletion of certain data, or deletion of their account.
Swift Invoice is designed to help small businesses, freelancers, contractors, and self-employed professionals create, send, track, and manage invoices, estimates, customers, and related business records.

1. Types of Requests
You may contact us to request that we take action regarding personal information associated with your Swift Invoice account. Depending on your location and applicable law, available requests may include:
- Access: Request information about the personal information associated with your account.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete account information.
- Export: Request a copy of certain data associated with your account, where technically feasible.
- Deletion of specific data: Ask us to delete certain information, files, invoices, estimates, customers, or other records, where available and legally permitted.
- Account deletion: Ask us to delete your Swift Invoice account and associated account data.
- Questions or objections: Contact us about privacy questions or concerns related to your information.
2. How to Submit a Request
To submit a data request, email support@wolfpack-labs.com and include the following information:

Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your Swift Invoice account
- The type of request, such as access, correction, export, data deletion, or account deletion
- A brief description of what you want us to do
- Any relevant details that help us locate the correct account or records
Please do not send sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or passwords in your request.
3. Identity Verification
For security, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may ask you to confirm information associated with your Swift Invoice account, respond from the email address connected to your account, or complete another reasonable verification step.
If we cannot verify that you are authorized to make a request for an account, we may be unable to complete the request.
4. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Swift Invoice account by emailing support@wolfpack-labs.com with the subject line Swift Invoice Account Deletion Request.
When an account deletion request is completed, we will take steps to delete or de-identify account information and app records associated with the account, subject to technical limitations and information we are required or permitted to retain.
5. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of specific data associated with your account, such as customer records, uploaded files, invoices, estimates, or other information stored in Swift Invoice.
Some information may be editable or deletable directly inside the app. If you cannot delete something in the app, contact us and describe the records you want removed.
Deleting certain records may affect app functionality, reporting totals, document history, customer records, and future access to those records.
6. Information We May Retain
Even after a deletion request, we may retain limited information when necessary or permitted for legitimate purposes, including:
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention
- Compliance with legal obligations or lawful requests
- Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
- Maintaining records of completed support, privacy, or deletion requests
- Backup systems, logs, and technical records that are deleted according to normal retention schedules
- Information that has been de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized
We do not guarantee that deleted information can be recovered after deletion is completed.
7. Processing Time
We aim to respond to data and deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving and verifying the request. The time needed may depend on the type of request, the amount of information involved, verification requirements, and applicable law.
If additional time is needed, we may contact you using the email address associated with your request.
8. Third-Party Services
Swift Invoice may rely on third-party service providers to operate account authentication, hosting, databases, file storage, email, support, analytics, diagnostics, or payment-related features. Deletion requests may require us to delete or request deletion of information stored with those providers.
If you use third-party services through or alongside Swift Invoice, such as Google sign-in or future payment providers, you may also need to manage information directly with those third-party services.
