1. Send a website privacy request
Email support@wolfpack-labs.com with the subject Wolfpack Labs Website Privacy Request. State whether you want access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of applicable consent, or review of an earlier decision.
Include the email address used in your website correspondence and enough context to locate the request, such as an approximate message date. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card numbers, government IDs, or detailed health records in the initial email.
You send the email yourself; opening this page or clicking an email link does not submit a request.
2. Website information and app records
A website request can concern contact-form messages, direct correspondence, or other identifiable website information. It does not automatically delete an app account or app records.
For product records, use WP Invoice Data Requests & Deletion or Women’s Health Data Requests & Deletion. Invoice recipients can also read the Customer / Invoice Recipient Notice.
3. Verification and timing
We take proportionate steps to verify a request before releasing or deleting personal information. Sending from the same email address can help, but we can discuss reasonable alternatives. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a permitted extension or refusal when required.
4. Retention and review
Deletion can be limited by a specific legal obligation or another lawful basis, including necessary security or request-handling records. Restricted backup copies may take additional time under applicable requirements. We can explain any relevant exception for your request.
